Oy Vey!

Woke up this morning and felt like I was hit by not one but TWO mack trucks. And to get sick now during the move is just not an option. Not at all. So - Nyquil and I had a talk and I'm determined to get back to normal within a day. I counted the boxes and we're at 30 (hey - even small boxes count, right?) and I have many more left to go through. It's hard to put one's life in boxes even if its to move 30 minutes in the other direction *sigh*

Oh well - at least I'm starting to find that I have more in my closet than expected. And - I even refused to buy a pair of shoes today no matter how much I loved them. Nor did I pick up the Bare Escentuals Perfect Black Dress set, Garden Botanika Pumpkin Ginger Shower Gel or the flat iron on sale at Ulta. Nope- I banned shopping from my repertoire until after the move or if its Costco/Move related. (i.e. Boxes, Mattress - Aerobed, etc.) No "24" DVDS or anything. The most was a coffee from Starhell and I guess I should hide the book I bought at Costco about decorating one's abode Pottery Barn style. I guess this is where Meowmix shoots me an email that plainly says "Cut the crap!"

Should I use the defense - "The Nyquil made me do it?". Yeah - I didn't think so either - but hey, it was a good thought.
