I swore I'd never become one - but I have to confess - I've now been branded with the label: THAT GIRL.

I meant to disclose this a few weeks ago and, in the flurry of the move, this story was pushed back into the recessed cobwebbed part of my mind and hit me today as I happened to encounter someone in the same predicament as I was a few weeks ago. Let me set the stage for the story:

Leaving work after a long day, I decided that I needed to run errands and get gas a few weeks ago. While tootling down Sand Lake Road in my normal 7/8pm fashion, I stopped at the local gas station and filled up the tank. Well, something (or someone or perhaps my cell phone) distracted me to where I showed my true blond roots and when on my merry way towards LBV/home. Did I pay attention to any of the people staring at me or the car? Nope. Did I pay any attention to those who decide a honking is in order - No. Well - when I got on Apopka Vineland road (ohhh...about 10 minutes down from my original destination) I noticed that I couldn't see the headlights in my side view mirror of the car behind me. Thinking that was odd as I'm a gal who does check her mirrors from time to time, I noticed a shadowy figure on the side of my car. Flappin' away in the breeze while I was cruising down Apopka Vineland Road was not only the gas door, but the GAS CAP!

Needless to say, I was mortified. Yes, my friends - I'm officially That Girl!
