I Think I'm Gonna Like This Town...

Saturday, I was tootling around Altamonte after my car insurance/carco inspection. First - let me say that trying to tell some mechanic he was beyond wrong, that yes, indeed, my lil' Cougar has dual airbags and that's what the term AIRBAG is for on the car plus doh - there is a sunroof, power steering, tilt wheel, security system and a whole bunch of other stuff that he obviously missed - lazy ass #*@*! I have to keep remembering that I'm in the south, god forbid a northern gal (and a blond one at that) tells a guy that he's wrong. DOH!

Well, I visited some of the TUESDAY MORNING stores to look for my Jenn-Air toaster and stopped at the local Dunkin' Donuts to grab an ice coffee for the trek back to LBV. Upon departing with my not bitter hazelnut non-fat ice coffee, I turn around and almost dropped said coffee and gasped. In front of me was a man that not only looked like A, but BETTER than A. (and, in my book - that's kinda tough). He was one of Altamonte's finest and was grabbing a quick cup of joe before he started his shift to serve and protect the local residents. And, no surprise, he appeared to be a regular. Hmmm.. now - if all Altamonte police officers (or at least 40%) look like this man, I think I'll be a very happy gal indeed. At least the scenery is pretty.

NO BR - I'm not going to speed past him to see if he'd pull me over. (I only did that to you to piss you off *LOL*).
